3 million kWh of hydrogen per year – green light for regular operation in Haurup

Wind energy is now being converted into green hydrogen in Haurup, where it can be fed directly into the gas grid. After a successfully completed test phase, the plant has now started regular operation. The linking or "sector integration" of electricity generation with the consumption sectors of heat, mobility and the chemical industry, provides a crucial building block for the success of the energy transition.
